Mr. Salup joined Patino & Associates in 2006 as an Associate following admission to The Florida Bar. He assists Mr. Patino in the handling of complex products liability cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Mr. Salup also focuses his practice as a trial lawyer in the areas of construction litigation, civil rights violations and premises liability.
At the University of Florida, Mr. Salup concentrated his undergraduate studies in Constitutional and Criminal Law. Thereafter, Mr. Salup’s pre-law undergraduate background and nationally recognized high school debate accomplishments quickly came together in law school where he concentrated his legal studies in litigation and trial advocacy.
In addition to being the recipient of his law school’s Top Advocate Award, Mr. Salup was also recognized for his academic accomplishments when the administration requested that he become a Teaching Assistant and Tutor to his fellow students in the areas of Civil Procedure and Torts.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Mr. Salup is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida.
